Decorative cremone bolts – 1900s aesthetics with modern technology
One of the most requested options for houses with traditional architecture is the decorative cremone bolt. It looks identical to a classic cremone – the vertical bar, the long handle, the appearance of yesteryear – but behind this vintage look, the modern multi-point locking system operates.
The square bar at the back operates the modern tilt-and-turn mechanism – it does not lock mechanically up and down like an authentic cremone. The visual result is traditional; the functional result is modern. It is a solution we have been offering for many years and which pleasantly surprises clients who did not know it existed.

The metal develops a natural patina over time – which in Dauby’s case makes the piece more beautiful every year. Hoppe handles made of painted zamak have a lifespan of 15-20 years without problems, provided they are not cleaned with abrasives.
Are Dauby handles compatible with wooden windows from SM Wood Prodcom?
Yes, compatibility is guaranteed for windows produced by us. All SM Wood Prodcom tilt-and-turn windows have the standard 7×7 mm square spindle. For windows from other manufacturers, we recommend checking the dimensions before ordering.

Yes, we offer the Hoppe SecuSan® range which has a surface coated with silver ions. This technology suppresses the growth of microorganisms and bacteria by more than 99%, making it an excellent solution for clinics, kindergartens, or homes where hygiene is a priority.
