The website www.smwoodprodcom.ro presents the products and services of SC SM WOOD PRODCOM SRL: laminated wood windows, exterior and interior wooden doors, shutters, and stairs. Its main purpose is to inform customers and receive quote requests.

If you accept the offer, we sign the contract and you pay the agreed deposit - only then does the order become binding
Sending a quote request does not obligate you to anything, and it does not obligate us either.

4. Prices and payments

Prices displayed on the website, if any, are indicative. The final price depends on dimensions, configuration, chosen system and quantity - and it is the one stated in the written offer you accept.

Payment is made by bank transfer. Banking details are communicated in the offer or contract.

5. Production and installation

We manufacture to order, according to your specifications. Indicative production lead times:

68 mm profiles (IV68, D68): 8-12 weeks
78 mm profiles (IV78, D78): 6-10 weeks
92 mm profiles (IV92, D92) and special products: according to the offer
The lead time starts from the date the contract is signed and the deposit is paid. We provide installation in Cluj and neighboring counties.

6. Warranty

We offer a 5-year written warranty for all products manufactured in our workshop in Floresti. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues occurring under normal conditions of use.

We do not cover damage caused by unauthorized interventions, improper use or external factors (flooding, fire, vandalism).

The minimum legal warranty is 2 years according to Romanian consumer legislation.

7. Right of withdrawal

All our products are made to order, according to the specifications and dimensions established by the customer. For this reason, they are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal, according to Art. 16(c) of GEO 34/2014 - this does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications.

8. Intellectual property
